Business Law
Matthew Haan joins FH2 as an Associate.  Matthew brings his large law firm experience to FH2’s diverse and expanding corporate and litigation practices. Matthew concentrates his practice on business litigation, business transactions, labor and employment, corporate and real estate matters.

Litigation
Matthew represents individuals and businesses in disputes involving contracts, customers, employees, vendors, and business-to-business disputes in both state and federal courts, as well as certain regulatory matters.

Matthew brings early experience to his practice in both litigation and corporate matters.  While in law school he participated in the Investor Advocacy Clinic, and had the privilege to work for Chief Judge Stephen Louis A. Dillard of the Court of Appeals of Georgia.

Business Transactions
Matthew assists clients with acquisitions, divestitures, and corporate restructuring, including due diligence, negotiations, corporate formation, the formation and negotiation of contracts (non-disclosure agreements, employment agreements, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, etc.), permitting, and licensing. He has assisted with large asset acquisitions and divestitures from the initial negotiations through closing, as well as corporate reorganizations involving the consolidation of entities and existing operations.

Outside of the Office
Matthew enjoys spending time with his wife and young family, and is an avid Atlanta Braves fan.
