Patrick represents clients across diverse industries – including car rental/mobility solutions, healthcare, manufacturing/distributing, and financial services – in high-stakes disputes and class actions. He leverages modern legal technology, including Artificial Intelligence tools, to control costs and maximize outcomes. His multijurisdictional practice includes:

• Corporate & Contract Disputes: Resolving disputes arising from sales of goods/services, commissions, fiduciary duties, and operational agreements.
• Class Actions & Consumer Disputes: Defending against claims involving form contracts, consumer protection laws, alleged Ponzi and pyramid schemes, and arbitrability challenges.
• Restrictive Covenants & Competition Disputes: Enforcing non-compete, non-solicitation, and non-disclosure agreements, as well as litigating tortious interference, unfair competition, and other business tort claims.
• Healthcare Litigation: Representing health plans, TPAs, and claims administrators against reimbursement claims by medical providers and in coverage disputes with stop-loss carriers.
