Joel L. Thomas
Joel is a member of the FH2 telecommunications practice group, representing clients in state, federal and local regulatory, legislative and public policy matters. Before starting his legal career, Joel clerked at the Federal Communications Commission in the Cybersecurity and Communications Reliability Division and Policy and Licensing Division.
A Background in Business
After receiving his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee, Joel started his career working in the finance department of a local telecommunications company and then in the supply-chain and logistics department of a Fortune 100 company, before venturing into his legal career.
Outside of the Office
Joel enjoys spending time with family and friends. Joel is an Atlanta native and avid sports fan. Joel has a keen interest in local business that keeps him engaged within the community.
